Friday the 19th , 2005, around 11.20 pm. History was being made.
For the first time in his life, yours truly came out of a cinema hall half way through a film. Okay, headache and similar factors were part of the reason. But the real reason and the cause of the other reasons such as headache was the film itself! What a bore!
130 bucks down the drain.
And on Saturday morning, things were getting really frustrating. Rajiv Gandhi's birthday and he would have surely detested the way it was celebrated at Hyderabad by the politicians. Right in the middle of a circle that connects three roads, a huge dais was put up and thronged by people who were there for a reason no better than that of the possibility of a free meal. It took me 50 minutes to cover a distance which on normal days I would have covered in around 15 to 20 minutes. And that too for no right reasons! Celebrations are justified, but not in the middle of the road! Hyderabad boasts of numerous function halls and exhibition grounds! Politicians and their cheap publicity stunts - shame!
And PS: This is no effort for discrimination, but just dont trust a lady driving ahead of you.

Yes that's true never trust the lady driving a vehicle ahead of u or behind u or even at the side.. pretty dangerous.. My order of most scary things i encounter on roads,
i) Lady/Girl on a two wheeler
ii) Lady/girl in a four wheeler
iii) Auto drivers
iv) Lorry
Thiyag, the movie's name is hinted by the title... :-D
