Ah! Coincidences continue....and with eerieness unmatched!
Today, I was going through rediff news when a blogname attracted me. It was some blog about ads and naturally, I went to see if there is something interesting. It happened to be the blog of the Deputy Managing Editor (I assume what is mentioned by him in the blog is true), Mr. Ramananda Sengupta.
There were interesting posts in there and on one particular post titled 'The stories we could tell...', something just pounced at me. And to my shock, it was my name!! I mean, this is the first time I am visiting his blog and I find my name in there! I dont know him personally, officially or anythingally. So how could he know me? I mean, what did I do this time?!
And after reading the post carefully, I see that he has thanked me for posting my views in a discussion. Me? When?
'MD Anand' is not a common combination in names. So it couldnt be that he has mentioned about someone else. I mean, that has as much chance as that of you finding me intelligent. So I was convinced someone has posted with my name, and if that post had to go with some other person's name, then the person who wrote it must have puked out expletives. So I decided to check out what was written and then write to Mr. Ram that it was not me.
After around 200 comments, I landed on the name MD. And some comment, not very obscene. The next name was Anand. Ahah! So thats how it is! So Mr. Ram wanted to thank MD and Anand seperately and by missing a comma, ended up with MD Anand, not knowing I would someday land up in his blog.
So, I forgo the thanks that Mr. Ram has mentioned with my name, and am directing it to the rightful people, MD and Anand!
Phew! That was interesting! Now you get back to meaningful deeds while I continue mine. Ta!
