RDB

On the Republic Day of Bharath, these are what I did:

1. Watched the parade for sometime. This time Laloo stood up during the national anthem.

2. Came to office and spent three hours doing meaningful work.

3. Shopped: Got my WorldSpace unit....at a festive offer of 1999. Mighty proud of my purchase actually. I think I did something that should get me back to college day practice. Of listening to radio all the time. Back at college we were so crazy about the radio programs, to remember those nightouts beside a radio and a gang of friends playing cards, chatting into the night etcc... wow....And I initially had a plan of gifting this to my mom. But now :D

4. Watched Rang De Basanti FIRST DAY FIRST SHOW. I quite loved the film. But my friend had one word for the film: "bakwaas" was what she said immediately after the movie. Made me think, what kind of films would girls really like then? Maybe this is a film they dont relate to. But I related to it immensely. And boy, some aspects of the movie are just mindblowing. The soundtrack....Rahman is simply outstanding.

If only there was atleast as much sincerety towards the nation that atleast on days like Republic Day and Independence Day, people followd rules and regulations to the dot. If only....
