The woe continues!

Hmmm...Its 2 pm now and I've not received a call from the showroom lady. So I called back just a while ago, and got connected to a guy.

Me: "I am Anand. Am calling from Madhapur. I had called in the morning regarding activation of a SIM card"
He: "sorry sir...Anand kaam chodke chale gaye...abhi woh yahan kaam nahi karte" (Anand has left the job..he no longer works here)
Me: /* Oh God, Not again!!!!!!!!! */ /* Resort to whatever Hindi you know */ "Nahi yaar...Mein Anand bol raha hoon....Mujhe ek SIM card activation ke baare mein baat karna tha" (No yaar, I am Anand speaking..I wanted to talk about the activation of a SIM card)

He: "Sir, I'll find out about it and call you back. Thank you" (about to hang up now)
Me: "How will you find out??? You have not asked for my complete name..you have not asked details about the SIM card or what situation it is now! How will you find out?"
He: "Oh sorry sir.. Please tell me the SIM number and under whose name is it taken"
Me: /* Phew */ blah blah blah...blah blah.
He: "Ok sir. I'll call you back"
Me: "This is what I heard in the morning also. And the lady who attended my call has not called me back! I am sure you will repeat the same thing"
He: "No sir, I'll call in 30 mins"
Me: "Ok..."
He: (Hangs up)

Now the lady who spoke to me in the morning seems better :( What more is coming at me from the showroom, we'll find out after 30 mins. Till then, its Anand signing off. Namashkar.
